Welcome to "Le Perchoir", a typical chalet that opened in January 2020, located on the Alpe d'Huez ski area and with a breathtaking view of the Belledonne mountains. Direct access to the ski school, door-step skiing and all the comfort you need for a wonderful stay, with family or friends. A large living room with a cathedral ceiling, old wooden walls and a wood-burning stove. A spa and jacuzzi on the balcony offers a magical view of the sunset. Equipment includes free Wi-Fi, a balneotherapy spa heated to 38°C, a sauna, a fitness room with Nohrd equipment, a cinema room, 2 ski rooms with boot warmers, 5* quality bedding with beds made up, towels provided free of charge and optional bathrobes. Attention, length small beds: 1m70. A laundry room is available to our guests. There are 5 parking spaces in front of the chalet, 2 of which are covered. Services available from the chalet include a home chef, delivered meals and shopping. Discounts on ski equipment rental. In winter, access to the slopes is directly outside the chalet. The start point for ski lessons is just below. In summer, you can cycle to the start of the great classic rides and, on foot, you can easily access the superb hikes the Belledonne massif has to offer. We provide our guests with a guide to the activities available during the winter and summer seasons.
