Located in a peaceful and very sunny hamlet 3 km from Bourg d'Oisans, on a 900m2 plot of land, this brand new and bright chalet can sleep 8 guests for a comfortable holiday in the fresh air and in the middle of the beautiful Oisans mountains.

This new 135m² chalet is located at the foot of Alpe d'Huez, 25 minutes from Les Deux Alpes and near the start of the green way. The new Allemond cable car to the resort of Oz-en-Oisans is a 10 minute drive away. On the ground floor, there is: - a lovely 50m² room with a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with sofas, poufs and a flat screen TV, - a laundry room, - a toilet - access to a secure garage, ideal for storing your sports equipment. On the first floor: -a large bedroom with 2 single beds (90x180), television, dressing room and shower room with toilet - a bedroom with television, small desk and 2 single beds (90x180) - a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds 90x180) - a large shower room with two washbasins. - a separate toilet The single beds can be joined together to form a double bed (180x200) and all our bedding is very comfortable. Outside, a barbecue is provided for guests to enjoy their meals on the beautiful wooden terrace facing the mountains. The chalet sleeps a maximum of 8 people (6 adults and 2 children).
