The Sert family has owned this establishment since 1985. It enjoys a perfect location in the town centre, at the foot of the iconic climb up to Alpe d'Huez. It has been fully renovated and now offers 10 bedrooms and 9 apartments. There is a private car park, garden and terrace to the rear next to the river, in addition to an outside pool open in the summer. Each comfortable room has its own character, with an ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV with international channels, desk and cupboard. The hotel has areas with free Wi-Fi connection. Several rooms have a terrace or balcony with a view over the river and surrounding mountains, whilst cycling enthusiasts will be able to see the 21 switchbacks up to Alpe d'Huez! The sumptuous apartments cleverly combine tradition and innovation. Ranging from 40 m² to 150 m² duplex apartments, they provide comfort and ease of living, with bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, corner lounge and dining room. These "Aparthotels" provide all the services of a hotel, but with the independence and advantages of an apartment. Every morning, a generous buffet breakfast is served, featuring healthy produce that is mainly regionally sourced and home-made. For relaxation, enjoy the swimming pool (in summer) and the terrace next to the river, in addition to the gym with its massage area, spa, relaxation room and games room, which includes French billiards, a games table and an international collection of books. Skiing and cycling are both popular in the vicinity and you can leave your equipment in complete safety in our ski shed. We provide cyclists with a lock-up secured with a door code, a bike washing station and a workshop with pumping station. Please ask us for advice cyclist-to-cyclist as we know a lot about cycling, in addition to having a partner cycle shop nearby. Other facilities include a secured on-site car park for cars, motorbikes and minivans.
