Total immersion in whitewater, so to speak! Equipped with a Hydrospeed water sled, flippers and a neoprene wetsuit reinforced at the knees and shins, you'll swim down the river: master of your craft, your guide will be at your side all the way, guiding you through a superb aquatic adventure. In the middle of the descent, your instructor will teach you the techniques for surfing the water! PRACTICAL INFO: *Accessible from age 14 *Descent: approx. 45 minutes on the water. *All in all, 1h30 from the time of the meeting (equipment, shuttle, instructor briefing and descent). *Please arrive 10 minutes before meeting time. *Conditions: be able to swim and be in good physical condition.
