Adult orienteering course: discover the resort of Auris

This permanent orienteering course for adults is perfect for exploring the area around Auris. Maps are available at the tourist office.

This trail takes you through the Piégut forest, past the reservoir, the Col de Maronne and the resort. This is the perfect place to learn orienteering and discover Auris' remarkable viewpoints.
The aim is to find your bearings using natural and man-made elements, and it's advisable to follow the order in which you look for the markers. Each time you find a marker, you punch in your map using a red clip embedded in a wooden post. Questions are asked at each stage to refine your knowledge of the mountain environment.
