Around Auris by e-bike

Starting out from Alpe d'Huez, take the spectacular Route de la Roche and its balconies overhanging the Romanche valley. The ride back is via the village of Mizoën and the Col de Sarenne, so it goes without saying that you'll not be short of amazing views!

ROUTE
From Alpe d'Huez, take the road to Bourg d'Oisans as far as La Garde, where you turn left towards Auris. This is the Route de la Roche, which spectacularly overhangs the Romanche valley. Ride on through the Auris hamlets (Les Certs, Les Châtains...) to Le Freney d'Oisans on the main road. Continue on up to the Chambon dam and then turn left towards Mizoën and the Col de Sarenne. The road is unspoiled and magnificent.
From the Col de Sarenne, ride back to Alpe d'Huez.
