Lac des Rouies from the Lavey refuge

ITINERARY:
From the Lavey refuge, the trail follows the Muande valley. A succession of switchbacks through varied terrain of moorland, rhododendron and rock, following cairns, leads to Lac des Rouies. The occasional strenuous sections require a good level of fitness.
