Road cycling - the balconies of Auris

Please note: The Route des Balcons d’Auris (D211.a) is closed between Auris-en-Oisans (La Balme – Le Cert) and La Garde-en-Oisans (L’Armentier) due to construction through July 10, 2026. Bicycles are prohibited.
This route is accessible to everyone, though there is a 3 km challenging section starting from Freney d’Oisans. But what a sensational experience awaits afterward! The Balcons d’Auris offer an absolutely breathtaking view of the Romanche Valley—you’ll need a strong heart!
Please note: reaching Venosc requires a gondola ride to get back to the resort.
